Taksi is an open source app that take screenshots or record video from games and 3D graphics. Is able to capture any application that is running using common DirectX or OpenGL.
Video files can be saved as AVI files and images as PNG.
Was made to be an alternative for Fraps and users can customize frame rate, set default folder where captures will be saved, record audio, use video codec from a list, set keyboard shortcuts for different actions such as video record On/Off, screenshot or small screenshot.
