Bomgar is a software application that allows connections to remote computers from different locations. Those computers must have an internet connection. This application is useful to assist customers from distance and offer technical support.

Users can control and make modifications on remote computers. You can make highlights on user screen to understand what you want to highlight, remote users can click a button when they need to call your support, use chat, use command line on remote PC, transfer any files or folders between your device and the remote user (supports desktops, tablets, phones etc.), make live presentations.

You can even reboot remote computer without loosing connection after restart. Users from remote computers can view your desktop, if you want.

Other features includes record video files with activity on remote connection, save reports and logs, access devices via SSH, get feedback from remote PC askink remote user to complete a survey and more.
