This is an online web service, also available as smartphone app, that allows to easily insert and save your notes. “Remember The Milk” – pretty funny name for an application, allows to add many tasks in lists and assign priority levels. Also, add locations using integrated Google Maps, add tags and select later through all your notes clicking a location or a tag name.
Each task or note can have a due date, time estimate, location, link and supports additional notes or comments.
Each task can be shared with others or kept private. Supports integration with Google Calendar, Gmail and other services.
An advantage is that your notes can be accessed by anywhere, because is a web based solution.
