It checks nameservers, A records, IP addresses, view if nameservers and their IP are in separate locations, view if nameserver respond to DNS queries, check SOA record details (serial, retry, expire, primary nameserver, contact detail), view MX records, view response time of nameservers.
It displays green information where the settings are corrects and displays another colors if you may need to look again and improve those settings in order to have a healthy web site correctly configured.
It shows an overall rating for all your settings (a percent from 100%).
