EasyPHP is another possible solution to run a web server on your computer and develop web applications in local environment before going live.

You can install and use the following components:

  • Apache server
  • PHP
  • MySQL
  • phpMyAdmin
  • Xdebug

Also supports to install additional modules. The big advantage of this application is that is portable, so you can use it from an USB or easily remove it and use it again from scratch.
