Paragon Partition Manager is intended to be an equivalent of the more popular Partition Magic (now discontinued) and they offer a free version for personal use.
This tool allows to make basic, but important partitioning operations on your computer’s hard disk.
You can create new partitions and format existing ones, move, resize or delete existing partitions. The free version make only these tasks, but are the most used and in most cases can be enough to satisfy your needs in managing hard disk space.
If you want more advanced features, you need to upgrade to paid version, but for creating and resizing new or existing hard drives, is good the free version.
