Skencil is a graphic program that allows you to create vector based graphic files in Linux.

Includes a lot of drawing tools to make different shapes, work with Beizier curves, add text and customize it or add special effects. Supports unlimited Undo operations.

Is working with files created by another popular programs such as AI(EPS), SVG, PDF, PNG, JPG

Supports plugins, was created in 2005, but now is not under an active development. It can be used as a fre alternative to create basic vectors or view/edit files created with other similar programs such as Adobe Illustrator.
